We've added Columbus Salame to our product line!

The Butcher paper with the red labeling is the Pinot Noir Wine Salame - 

Authentic Wine salame with a hint of pink peppercorn.

The Butcher paper with green band at the bottom is our Pinot Grigio Wine Salame - Authentic Wine salame with a hint of lemon peel.

Lastly, the butcher paper with the map of Italy is our Italian Dry Salame -

this one is not a wine salami, but slow aged for optimum flavor.
