Columbus Salame Has Arrived at JDW!

We've added Columbus Salame to our product line! 

We love this classic but versatile packaging, and we know you will too!

We are offering THREE flavors and packages to choose from:

The Butcher paper with the red labeling is the Pinot Noir Wine Salame - 

Authentic Wine salame with a hint of pink peppercorn.

The Butcher paper with green band at the bottom is our Pinot Grigio Wine Salame - Authentic Wine salame with a hint of lemon peel.

Lastly, the butcher paper with the map of Italy is our Italian Dry Salame -

this one is not a wine salami, but slow aged for optimum flavor.

We know the addition of this Artisan Salame will bring a touch of elegance and refinement to any basket it is in. Pair them up with our vast variety of cheese that we offer along with our cutting boards and cheese knives.

The weather is hopefully cooling down soon, but get ready for your 4th quarter sales to heat up!

To also help you ramp up your sales, we are adjusting our business hours to be more available and accessible to you. We are adding Friday hours for the season.

Our hours will be as follows:

•       Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 3:00pm for walk-ins
•       Office until 5:00pm for Internet & phone orders M-Th only)
•       Friday 8:00am - Noon
